Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Glorysecure Solution Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver quality training and services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation. Please read our policy carefully before enrolling in any course or service.


1. Course Cancellation by Student

  • Once enrolled, cancellation is not allowed after the course has started.

  • If a student wishes to cancel before the course begins, they must inform us via email or WhatsApp at least 12 hours prior.

  • In such cases, a processing fee of ₹300 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 30 working days.


2. Course Cancellation by Glorysecure

  • If for any reason, we cancel a course (due to low enrollment, technical issues, etc.), students will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.


3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds will be provided:

    • After the course has started.

    • If the student fails to attend sessions or complete tasks.

    • For digital/downloadable content or materials.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method only.


4. Special Discounted Courses

  • Courses purchased under discounted or promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
